  • 1984: John C. Regan and current senior management founded Project Development Group, Inc. (PDG) in Pittsburgh, PA
  • 1985: PDG performs first asbestos abatement project in Pittsburgh, PA
  • 1985-1988: PDG expands and opens offices in New York City, NY, Philadelphia, PA and Ft. Lauderdale, FL
  • 1988: Awarded a $20 million asbestos abatement project at a high rise building in Boston, MA
  • 1989: PDG is ranked by Inc. Magazine as the 32nd fastest growing private company in the United States in the Annual “Inc. 500 List” with a 5,758% percent revenue growth in 5 years
  • 1990: PDG merges with publicly traded Asbestec Industries and “PDG Environmental, Inc.” (PDGE) becomes the surviving public entity
  • 1992: PDGE acquires Enviro-Tech Abatement Services of Charlotte, NC
  • 1992: PDGE responds to the Great Chicago Flood performing emergency and environmental remediation services at the Marshall Fields Department Store
  • 1992-2000: PDGE continues to expand to a nationwide footprint
  • 2000: Ranked by ENR magazine as the second largest asbestos abatement contractor in the United States
  • 2001: PDGE expands service offerings to include mold remediation, water extraction and structural drying
  • 2003: PDGE Responds to Hurricane Isabel, performing emergency services at a college and an apartment complex in Elizabeth City, NC
  • 2004: PDGE responds to the Florida hurricanes mobilizing over 600 trained workers and equipment from offices across the country, performing emergency and environmental remediation services for over 100 commercial, multi family and educational properties
  • 2005: PDGE acquires Flagship Reconstruction Services, an Arlington, TX based commercial disaster reconstruction contractor
  • 2005: PDGE responds to Hurricane Katrina mobilizing over 1,000 personnel and equipment from offices across the country, performing emergency services, environmental remediation and reconstruction services for over 100 commercial, multi-family, educational and government facilities throughout the Gulf Coast
  • 2008: Rebranded to FlagshipPDG providing nationwide environmental remediation\disaster recovery\and reconstruction services
